Hey guys, here's Chrono. This blog is managed by me and my partner Skyller. We are addicted gamers and that gave me an idea (a brilliant idea!).

I'm going to write a weekly article talking about software/hardware that improves our gaming experience.
So, my first post will be about this mice that promisses perfection.


You may associate Cyborg to a "being with both biological and artifial parts" (Wikipedia...), but hardcore gamers know that Cyborg is one of the best brands when talking about gaming gear.
Till today they've launched mices, keyboards, surfaces, gamepads and sticks. All of them are amazing, but what caught my eye was definitely the mices and that is going to be the main topic of this post.

There are so many gaming mices, from many producers (Steelseries, Razer, Trust and so on), so why am I talking about Cyborg's? That's an easy question, just see it!!!




I know you are shocked, but I can assure you that that image is nothing compared with you're about to read!

Let's see some facts of this rather flamboyant mice.

This particular one is called R.A.T. 9 (wonder why it's called RAT...), is the top of the range in a series of six.
It is the only one that's wireless, and it is the best wireless technology fitted in mices, with a 2.4 Ghz frequency with an outrageous response of 1ms.
Thinking in hardcore gamers, Cyborg sell's this mice with a 2 lithium-ion battery cells package, so you can play non-stop.

Do you like an heavy or light mice? It doesn't matter 'cause the RAT9 has a custom weight system. It's a 5 six-gram weights that can be added or not, giving you the power to choose how you want it. The weights that you will no use can be safely stored on the weight container and kept in the charging dock.



(At this point you certainly want one!)

But there are nicer specs than this one, so moving on...

As a top range mice that RAT9 is, it has a laser sensor. With a 5600 DPI, the new generation "twin eye" sensor promisses to be a great help when the subject is "Kill".
In addiction, it comes with 4 custom DPI settings that can be switched by the middle button (Rocker switch).

It has 7 buttons, 5 of them are totally programmable with an application that comes with the it. The interesting part is that one button (called Precision Button) is very special. When holding down, it slows down the mouse to better aim! (I want one too...)




Oh, I've almost forgotten the best part. And this I think it's unique. How can I say... well, you can change the mouse!!! With a tool, you can move the parts, or change them and install the others that come with it too.

It might not be the best mouse, or the cheaper, but it is the most amazing I have ever seen. And with a video, I finish this article with a promisse that next sunday will be more. Hope you enjoyed =)
